How it works
Every assignment is different
So it's hard for us to describe exactly how it works. but basically you hire us and we help you sell or buy a product. We can also help make contact if you have a special project, such as if you need a designer or architect.
So first you make contact and describe your case, after that we will let you know an estimate timeline. During your case you decide if you want updates on detail level or if you just want us to do our work and bring you the thing your looking for. It's all up to you.
There will always be a minimum fee of 3% of the sales value. You never pay the fee if we can't deliver.

Finances
What does it cost?
As we stated before each case is individual and so is the cost of each case. But the price is based on 3 basic components
Time
We will devote a lot of time for each case, hence the 3 % fee.
Location
We might need to travel to make a bid or conduct a viewing of the item that is costly
Purchase
Some clients want's us to do the purchase for them and some want to do it themselves when we found the item. And if you want our help to sell something we practice standard fees of 3 %
